StreetLib SRL is an Italian company that operates globally with its own cloud-publishing platform. Publishers can distribute their ebooks, audiobooks, print-on-demand paper books, and comics all over the world, and can access a range of services that will improve the production, management, and sales of their works.
The agreement with AIE provides its members with a special 20% discount on the purchase of professional editorial services provided by StreetLib: ebook conversion, audiobook production, editorial graphic, editing, proofreading, marketing, management of royalties, and more; all available on the StreetLib Ready e-commerce portal. Members will also receive flexible commercial offers and customized digital distribution services.
This agreement was created to help publishers with the production, distribution, and sale of Italian editorial content in an increasingly digital and interconnected world; something that AIE has always cared very much about.
StreetLib's CEO Giacomo D'Angelo says he’s very happy to start this collaboration with AIE:
"It will allow us to persist in our mission to support publishers in their digitization and internationalization processes. I thank AIE for the trust it has placed in us. Thanks to our platform, we can offer a modern and effective service, and I am sure that many Italian publishers will appreciate this new opportunity."
The Italian Publishers Association works to protect the interests of its publishers that work with books, scientific journals, products, and content of digital publishing - as well as foreign publishers that are active in Italy. AIE represents companies that produce editorial content (regardless of their format) and they systematically monitors literary trends, paying particular attention to the cultural and educational domains throughout Italy. Its editors make up 90% of the Italian book market.
